The Problem

</aside>

A founder I worked with was launching an operations toolkit the moving parts included:

Everything lived in the founder's head, so every launch meant starting from scratch and figuring it out.

What I Did

I mapped and documented the entire launch system from start to finish, every stage, every decision point, every action required.

The documented system covered:

Every stage was written as a clear SOP with enough detail that anyone on the team, not just the founder, could execute it accurately.

The Result

The founder had a repeatable, documented launch system she could run again without rebuilding from scratch each time. Every lead was captured. Every buyer was routed correctly. Every stage of the launch had a clear owner and a clear process. What had been chaotic and informal became structured and scalable.
