The Problem

A property client was receiving leads from two different audiences,
Both were coming in through the same channel with no way to automatically separate them. The result was manual sorting, missed leads, and this cost sales, time and customer retention.

What I Did
</aside>
I built an automation that segmented incoming leads automatically based on their stated interest to either buy or rent.
Using the automation workflow, leads were captured, filtered by their response, and routed into the correct pipeline without any manual intervention. Each segment then received the appropriate follow up sequence relevant to their journey.
I documented the full automation flow so the client could understand what was happening at each stage and make adjustments independently going forward.
I used n8n, Google Sheets and Email entirely for this.

The Result

Clean, separated lead lists from the moment a lead came in. No manual sorting. No leads falling into the wrong pipeline. The client could see exactly who wanted what and respond accordingly, at scale.
